What data do we collect?
For marketing purposes we collect your name, position, email address, address, phone number, company name, information you have given to us (such as reason for contacting us), information about made calls and sent emails and your interests in our products and services.
For user management on our cloud platform: name, email address, performed actions
For billing and account management: name, company, email, phone number, address and other information relevant for the business relationship.
How do we collect your data?
We collect your data when you directly provide it for us, for example by registering for our newsletter or entering your contact information for our marketing campaigns.
On our cloud platform we collect the data through registration and as you are accessing and using the platform.
How are we using your data?
Marketing purposes, such as placing sales call and sending marketing emails or newsletters.
For account management, such as billing and provisioning services.
To monitor usage of registered users on our cloud platform.
How do we store your data?
We are using cloud services from Microsoft and Amazon to store and process your data. If you have entered your information through LinkedIn (for example in contact form or for recruitment data), then LinkedIn is also used to store and process your data.
How long we keep your data?
Recruitment data (such as resumes, CVs or application letters) are kept for one year from the end of the recruitment round.
Data collected for marketing purposes is stored for up to 5 years.
Data collected on our cloud platform related to its usage will be stored as long as your organization is active on our platform and maximum 1 year after that.
Transfers of personal data
ResultElf does not transfer personal data outside the company or its partners and subcontractors. Due to technical and practical requirements some of the personal data may be processed outside European Union.
Marketing
We may send marketing messages and or make calls to people who have given their contact information for us for this purpose.

Automated decision-making
Sometimes we use automated decision making and algorithms for making marketing related decision, such as who and when to target.
Web analytics
We use web analytics tool to analyze usage of our website. For the web analytics we are not storing any personal data. We are collecting IP addresses, but masking the ip address.

ResultElf would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to following:

- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request we to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to us processing of your personal data.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.

How to file a complaint?
